1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Elefante Corp doing business as BNB Investor Academy (“Elefante Corp,” “BNB Investor Academy,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides various business coaching services, courses, products, and goods through this Website (the “Service”). This Service is offered subject to Client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”) as well as any relevant sections of the Client’s on Demand, Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products Payment & Refunds Policy
Since Client’s purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases are non-refundable. If Client chooses a payment plan, Client has committed to pay and is liable for all payments in the payment plan.
3. Fees
In consideration of the license granted to Client herein, Client agrees to pay Elefante Corp the fees (“Fees”) in the amount and manner as previously agreed upon related to access to the Website.
4. Notice Regarding Electronic Payment Vendors
Users should be aware all transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and Client’s details are not stored during this process.
Elefante Corp may also provide applications and other services to merchants related to payment processing. Payments may not be processed for certain activities, such as for illegal or other prohibited activities. If Client has a question as to whether a payment will be accepted, We encourage Client to check the policies of the applicable vendor. Client’s relationship with the electronic payment vendor is separate from Client’s relationship with Elefante Corp and is governed by the terms and conditions contained in such vendor’s agreement.
Such terms and conditions are available at the respective vendor’s website. Elefante Corp is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party payment processor. If Client chooses the payment plan, it cannot be canceled for ALL Elefante Corp courses & programs.
Client has committed to pay and are liable for all payments in the payment plan.
5. Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If Client does not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, Client can immediately contact Elefante Corp at info@bnbinvestoracademy.com with Client’s transaction/payment details to ensure Client’s product is delivered as soon as possible.
